These honey extractors are primarily intended for migratory apiaries. Rechargeable battery allows you to spin the honey, wherever there is no access to 230V power supply.
These honey extractors can both work in manual and automatic modes, 12V power supply (230V possible after the application of supplier 230V/12V), up to 4 programmable operation sequences.
The controller is designed to control the cycles of work of the honey extractor. It allows you to control the speed and direction of rotation of the honey extractor's basket, measuring the rotation time with an automatic division into individual cycles, and a digital readout of parameters and settings. The controller has 9 presetprograms and one that allows you to enter your own settings.
Cassette honey extractors are designed for larger apiaries. They arecharacterized by a small amount of cassettes in the honey extractor's basket, whilst maintaining a great performance during centrifugation. A spin cycle takes place in two directions, and thanks to applied guides, there is no need for manual conversion of cassettes and there is no possibility
of locking them.
Stand is made of steel coated with black paint embossed using electrostatic painting. Stable and easy to dismantle.
The drum is made of acid-resistant stainless steel, strengthened and reinforced, with a drain. Transparent lids, made of meta-plexi, allow you to observe the spinning process, without having to open them, and risking the danger of contact with the rotating basket.
The cassette basket is made of acid-resistant stainless steel rods, equipped with cassettes, which construction allows for protecting the frames against breaking of the honey combs (mesh size: 20x40 mm). Cassettes are connected together
by springs, which allow them to return to the starting position. The basket is also positioned in two housings: upper and lower.
