Stand is made of steel coated with black paint embossed using electrostatic painting. Stable and easy to dismantle.
The drum is made of acid-resistant 0H18N9 stainless steel, strengthened and reinforced. Honey diameter from Ø 720 to Ø 900 mm The side of the drum is made of sheet of metal with a thickness of 0.6 mm
Drain valve: stainless steel, flap, 6/4"
Ø 1000 - The side of the drum is made of sheet of metal with the thickness of 0.6mm, bottom thickness: 0.8mm.

The cassette basket is made of acid-resistant stainless steel rods, equipped with cassettes, which construction allows for protecting the frames against breaking of honey combs (mesh size: 20x40 mm). Cassettes are connected together by springs, which allow them to return to the starting position. The basket is also positioned in two housings: upper and lower.
Safety lock prevents from opening the honey extractor's lids during work
Transparent lids, made of meta-plexi, allow you to observe the spinning process, without having to open them, and risking the danger of contact with the rotating basket.

These honey extractors are suitable both for field work as well as they can be used in stationary apiaries. They are battery powered (12V) which lets carry out the work even if there is no access to 230V power supply. They can work in manual
or automatic mode.
